Shipping Policy

We can ship to almost any address in the US, Puerto Rico & Canada, as long as UPS or USPS delivers. Note that there are restrictions on some products which cannot be shipped to international destinations. We do our best to accommodate customers regardless of location. We kindly ask for your patience, as we are a growing small business.

When you place an order, our platform, Shopify, will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page (UPS or USPS). Tracking info will be automatically emailed.
Shipping timeframes do not reflect the possible 1-3 business days needed to process each order. Please note we are not open on Saturday, Sunday and national holidays. Our operating hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Fri PST. All orders placed after 4:00pm PST will be begin processing the following operating business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will be processed the following operating business day.

Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Please note: original shipping is non-refundable.


Returns Policy

When you complete an order on, you agree to the terms of our returns and exchange policy. You may return most new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Returned or exchanged garments MUST have the original Ahri tags attached to them. All sale items are Final Sale. Store credit is only valid on our site,

You should expect to receive your store credit when we receive the return pakage back to our warehouse at 3900 Broadway Pl Los Angeles, CA 90037. This process may take up to 2 weeks however, in many cases you will receive a store credit more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes for customer delivery to a postal service, transit time for the package to travel to our warehouse (3 to 10 business days), and the time it takes us to process the return or exchange once we receive it (1 to 5 business days). We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your store credit, unless you purchased re:do return coverage for $1.98 at the time of original order.
